My guinea pig has been doing this for a few days she’s a female and about 3 months old I got her from a friend I’m so worried has this happened to anyone else? She has been eating and drinking and moving around her cage with her friends and out for playtime thank you. It looks like her stomach is moving up and down and pulsating

Please have her vet checked re. potential bloating or a potential pregnancy (the earliest date for getting babies would be 14-16 weeks after roughly a 10 week pregnancy where in the first two thirds you wouldn't notice anything). By her age an x-ray would show wether she has babies or bad gassing. This needs a hands-on examination. We can only guess without access to your piggy (not that we are qualified to replace a vet).

I’m really not sure I’m so confused over this I have a vet appointment tomorrow just can’t stop worrying

As long as she is eating and active as normal, please take a deep breath. ;)

All the best with your appointment tomorrow.

Good luck with your appointment.
It is good you are having her seen by a vet.

Don't forget to come back and let us know how you get on.
