Not really sure if this should go in this section?

I have a 2 month old teeny weeny alpaca. I bought her a little tunnel that only she can fit in for bonding purposes. We've had no bonding issues at all but she really REALLY loves her tunnel.

The problem is that she keeps peeing in it, running through it and lying down in it and covering herself in wee and is now a very very stinky piggy.
I'm going to give her a bath later but any suggestions on what to do with the tunnel? I keep washing it daily and I don't want to take it away since she seems to like it so much and obviously feels safe in it.

She's really stinky (I can smell it from the other side of the room!) but I can't give her a bath morning noon and night! I can't imagine that would be good for her skin :{

Any ideas? XD

There is nothing you can do to stop her peeing in it, i would remove it for a couple of days then put i back and see how she go's, only other thing you could do is get her a wooden bridge to hide under, something without a base, she will then pee on the bedding, if you move it around she wont constantly be peeing in the same place. xx

Give her an upside down cardboard box, you know the ones from lidl?

xx

oh dont take it away..thats mean, just put a peg on your nose. :))

Just wondering what bedding you use and whether you could sprinkle some shavings or megazorb type stuff inside it? :)

I use fleece tunnels and one of my boys loves to lay in them for hours without moving so plenty of pooping and weeing in there. But as it is fleece, the wee just wicks through and his bottom is never soggy. If your tunnel is fleece maybe it needs the "wash without fabric softener & dry 3 times" routine to make it wick?
