still itchy after multiple treatments

a while ago my piggy got three injections (each was a week apart) and she felt much better after all her itchiness, it was really bad

then she got itchy again to the point where i couldn’t touch her since she was so jumpy, we went to the vet again, she gave us xeno 50mini and told us to apply it every two weeks so that’s what we did, her last dose was on the 18th of august.

she felt way better but now she’s scratching again, we disinfected her cage, cleaned all her stuff inside her cage and she still manages to get them.

she’s jumpy again and sensitive due to the itchiness, and i have no idea why the xeno 50mini didn’t work?

any ideas of what i should do? i should probably go to the vet again but i just want to make sure if there’s anything specifically i should get from the vet… thanks
 
-yes i did throw the hay away, and bought a new bag of hay but the same brand

-no i didn’t use that spray but i did disinfect it i’ll purchase that now
 
I would recommend you speak to your vet first. It may be another course of treatment is needed.
Our guide does say that treatment and a medicated shampoo can sometimes be needed but do speak to your first vet
