Sticking out bums

I noticed this morning my youngest girl Rio was really obsessed with Sookies bum this morning. She was chasing Sookie round with her nose pressed to Sookies bum. Sookie finally had enough turned round and told her off but a couple times after that I've seen Rio doing the same thing. Sookie now seems to have taken an interest in Rios bum and instead of telling Sookie off Rio has been sticking her bum out and allowing Sookie to sniff and lick it :{
When I first bonded them there was a bit of this behaviour going on which ended with Rio spraying Sookie with wee, which is apparently normal. Mrs Boss Pig Sherbert seems to be staying out it but could this bum obsession a dominance thing? Or is Rio just a really weird guinea pig? Anyone else had any experience with this?

My 2 girls are like this at the mo! Minnie is always trying to sniff and lick Toffee's bum, but Toffee is having non of it she just runs off, chatters at her or sprays her as you say.

Lacey does this to Darcy ALL the time but she goes one extra and sprays him in his face.....poor fella rolleyes

My girls don't bother sniffing - they just try to mount each other :{
It's like an orgy in their pen some days and put it down to their hormones ?/

It sounds like normal sow behaviour to me. The 'sticking the bum in the air' sounds like a typical sow in season. As with the spraying with urine it simply means p*%& off.

My two spayed girls, Chirpy and Patches, will do that to each other. Patches usually ends by peeing on Chirpy's face when had enough and Chirpy wont let Patches near her butt, cause her stitches from being spayed are still healing
