I think my guinea pigs have static mice. She is crested head and on her crested part there is little black very small dots all on her fur kinda spread out. Her skin is black so it is just skin flakes? I checked the other one and can’t seem to see any really. I feed them timothy hay and it might be from the hay? I need help! I order Davis Miconzole shampoo, but it comes in 2 days. Is it gonna get worse while i wait?

Please have them checked by a vet for a diagnosis and the correct treatment.
If they have a diagnosed case of mites, then they need a prescribed ivermectin treatment dosed for their weight and given at the correct course, that is three separate treatments at two weekly intervals.
Please don’t use the shampoo on them at all, not least because you will wipe evidence a vet needs to make a diagnosis.

Help. My guinea pig i think has static mice. I am going to get ivermectin, how often do i give it?

You need to see a vet for a diagnosis first. The vet will then prescribe the correct treatment and tell you what dosage is needed, as it is based on their weight.

Please also read the link I added in my previous post for the other measures needed to deal with mites

Off-the-shelf meds will not be the correct strength. They can also make things worse. Please take your piggy to the vet for a check and proper diagnosis.

Please take piggy to vet for correct dose for their weight, don’t self treat and don’t shampoo as it takes away the evidence
