Well I weighed them both this morning - Peggy for the first time properly.

Are there specific weights for certain ages/lifestages? Or is it just a weight band - up to 1000g? I've noticed some people's piggies are about the same as Mabel only they're 2 or 3yrs old and Mabel is only 9 months - does this mean an overweight pig? Also is there a guide weight or something for younger pigs? - Do you think Peggy's weight is normal?

Peggy (9 weeks) - 462g (1 lbs 0.4 oz)

Mabel (older - 9 months) - 928g (2 lbs 0.7oz)

Sorry for all the questions again!

Amy

I have a 15 week old female who last week weighed 930g, I think it is normal...

I think your piggies weights are fine :)

If you look at this chart it shows the weighs of female piggies for the first year of their life.

If you look at the chart you will see that the 8 week old piggies are around 520g and the 36 week old (roughly 9 month but could be more depending how you counted) is around 800g but one is quite a bit more. That is only comparing their weights to four other pigs though.

I really wouldn't worry - your pigs weights sound fine. If they're eating lots of hay, veggies and also their dry food and are not loosing weight then don't worry :)
