My 6 year old girl rolo is bleeding and vocal when peeing. This started about 2 weeks ago, the squeaking was loud and the wee was not red but was cloudy and gritty. She had an X-ray which showed no stones or problems with her ovaries but one of her kidneys was largely inflamed and could be felt upon examination. I was told to give 0.72mls dog loxicom once a day and bring her back, she started this blood urine and the smell is really strong and her bottom is wet. She is on baytril 0.9ml ( halved dose twice a day) loxicom, probiotics and cystease.

The red wee is every wee now and she is still squeaking with pain, I’ve also not seen her drink so I’m giving her pro c and cucumber, getting water in her how I can.

She is back at the vets tomorrow but I’m honestly not sure what I’m dealing with, anyone had a similar experience? CA80D067-367E-41FD-8ED1-1BB00C92C890.webp04AF8FD7-3737-4294-AD95-392AEC7AC914.webp
