Squeaking when pooping - advice needed ASAP

Penny is squeaking when she is trying to poop and it looks painful/uncomfortable. I called the vet but got the emergency hours line and they are going to call me back but I'm not sure when that will be. I have cisapride and meloxicam here, would any of those two help Penny in the meantime? I don't know what to do or how to help her. Any advice would be appreciated!

Never mind, just got off the phone with the vet. Will be giving Penny cisapride, meloxicam, and critical care. I just gave her cisapride and she already looks a bit better. Poor Penny
