New Born Pup
One of my Guinea pigs appears to be lifting up her leg up a bit when she walks a bit it doenst feel broken or anything she can put a bit of weight in it I am wondering if it’s sprained and can it heal on its own.

Please have her seen by a vet. It may well be a sprain but only a vet can determine that. She may need some anti inflammatory pain relief.

She is eating and drinking and moving normally it’s just that leg
That’s good, but she should still be checked by a vet

Definitely a vet check, even if they just give her some pain relief. It must be hurting her if she's limping poor piggy.
