Spots - help!

I never seem to have grown out of having spots and cos my skin is so pale they look even worse. Worst places are hairline, side of nose, chin and shoulders/ back.

I have tried loads of creams, iodine, tea tree oil, tea tree face wash etc.

Can anyone recommend anything? It's not acne, just isolated spots.

I put sudocrem on absolutely everything and swear by it!

Aparently toothpaste is good, dries out the spot i believe.

I swear by the toothpaste leave it on overnight, it seems to dry spots up overnight.

I'm scared to use toothpaste on a spot, a friend used it once and got even more :-\

I swear by neat TCP put some on a tissue and hold it on the spot , it will smart a bit, but within hours the swellings down and any redness has gone, perfect but simple,
