Spot on back of piggy

Hi I'm kelly I have a ten month old male guinea pig pumpkin and he's got a black lump on his bk end IV tried to wipe it but it's tough and won't come of cud anyone give me any advice as too wt it cud be I have a pic but because I'm new here dnt know how to post it thnx

Guinea pigs have a grease gland. It’s where a tail would be. Could it be that? Sometimes they can get quite dirty and you can clean it with a bit of coconut oil. I don’t wash off the coconut oil. I just wipe it with a piece of tissue.

The photo is quite blurry. Could you get a clearer one? Also it’s hard to see where that is on his body.
