Spot Cleaning A C&c With Fleece Query - Vacuum

So to cut a long story short am getting piggies in just under 7 weeks and have decided on Fleece bedding.

Was going to layer newspaper then towels then fleece. change fleece and towels a few times a week.

I was thinking of getting a black and decker dustbuster type hand held hoover, to hoover up poops when spot cleaning once-twice a day.

The question is, will a dust buster noise stress piggies too much, am I better off resorting to manual labour with the trusty dust pan and brush? Would they get 'used to it'

What do others use to spot clean every day?

I tend to find they get used to noise what ever it is. Although saying that Honey still hates the hairdryer (I use it every morning!) so maybe it depends on the pig?

Mine have got the hang of most things tho.

Personally I remove poops by hand. I do it twice a day and change bedding every three days.

I tend to clean out the poop when they're in the pen (so everyday) with a dustpan and brush and change the fleece every few days (truthfully, very rarely once or twice a week if the shops aren't available). Teddy and Minja hate the loud noises, but Ginny's fine with it. ^_^
