Spinach

Hello, today my 2 GPs tried Spinach and they loved it! How much can I feed them everyday?

It’s lovely that they like it. However, spinach is not an every day food. It is too high in calcium and needs to be fed sparingly. They can only have a couple of leaves once a week.

Mine would eat spinach every day if I let them! It's a firm favourite, but unfortunately for them a very very rare treat in our house.

Spinach is always a hit here, we feed probably every four weeks when it is veggie sausage casserole time, so Chickpea can have some of the left overs.... they always want to eat the high calcium stuff daily.... it is like me with @Mrs Sport_Billy 'Ferreo Rocher'
