Sow rumbling?

Can anyone tell me what this means?

Since she's been being handled a LOT more frequently (with medication and vets trips and such), Cameo has occasionally started making a rumbling noise (not as rumbly as a boar rumblestrutting, but similar), and vibrating with it. No hip swaying or anything, and it doesn't seem to be in a particular area as if she was indicating pain or anything, and it's not all the time, it's quite infrequent.

Any ideas what this means? I don't understand sows like I do my boars

My girls do this when they come into season - but then Truffles has always been a rumbly girl - while Noodles is the quieter of the two

Means shes happy, i have a girl that rumbles (purrs) loads when she has cuddles.
