sow peeing pink urine

She has an appt tomorrow morning but I just wanted to get an idea of what she may be going through. She’s just started to pee pink urine, but her pee dries normal. She isn’t showcasing any pain or discomfort. She’s eating and drinking. Attached pic for reference(when she first pees). FYI, she’s been eating lettuce, cilantro, cucumber only. And the occasional grape. There are also no spots of red anywhere.

UPDATE: she’s not peeing pink anymore. I still don’t know what that’s about
