We bought our daughter a guinea pig for x-mas don't know much about them but this morning we saw a sore on her face below the jaw. My question is how do I treat that or not ?

if its on her mouth, it could be shes had too much acidic fruits etc which have made her lips sore. i think you can get treatment for this from www.gorgeousguineas.com but not entirely sure

I would go to the vets in case its an abscess

Mayeb its where shes been scratching at it ?
Have you seen her scratch as it could be mites :-\
