I got 2 boars a week ago, and ever since the first day i notice something was wrong with one of the new pigs(Mojo who is about almost 1 month), he has a very odd behavior, the other piggie(Snickers about 3 weeks or something almost a month aswell) is perfectly well with my other 2 pigs (Teddy & Boo) but Mojo is just weird he never comes out of the hiddie house, he rarely stays with the others when i take all of them out to play, they always play on my bed together but he's always apart...they are very active popcorning everywhere and he rarely does, he also attacks the smallest one of the herd (Snickers) he bit his nose a few times, and my older pig always runs after him, and gets him out of the house (without hurting him) Does he has problems adjusting to his new environment? or he has issues? is he jealous of snickers?:... i dont know what to do (i know that i have to separate them but i dont have the cage D: )

Basically, I would say he's too young to be away from either Mum or a surrogate dad. Piggies shouldn't be rehomed until six weeks, and the behaviour may just be him learning to be a pig. However, if I read this right, you have more than two boars together, and thus you are heading for trouble. it is very very difficult and rare for more than two males to be together long term. As the babies mature, it is likely that you will get fights breaking out, and you should plan for this, and separate into two pairs asap. If you don't, you run the risk of having all of them falling out, and so you will end up with individual piggies rather than pairs.

So, do i have to give him back to the store so they send him back to his mom? cause he's way too young (I'm sorry theres no rescues near my town(in mexico) :( if they've had a rescue i would totally adopt many unwanted piggies), the youngest one seems to be fine with my other 2 boars so I'm going to keep him for now, if theres a big problem then ill have no choice but to give him up for adoption too or just put him alone in another cage but i dont like when they are alone :(

However my other boars (father and son) have a very strong relationship and they miss eachother when they're apart :3 and i really wanted that but in a group :(

Unfortunatly, groups of boars dont work like that really. They just argue over who is in change as the babies grow into adults.

Why dont you seperate the two new young ones into a pair, and leave your old pair as they are, nice and happy?
