Soaked bedding

Layla and saff have a lovely glass water bottle that they love drinking from...

However they both seem to have strange drinking habits. Layla tilts her head right to the side and drinks that way, soaking the fleece bedding and saff drinks so ferociously that she dribbles it everywhere! I'm not sure if she just loves the sound of the metal ball bearings or what but they both get through nearly a bottle a day. That sounds like a lot but i've watched them both dribble it so much they must only drink a quarter of the bottle each.

Should i be concerned? Has any one else had issues with this? I was thinking of putting a bowl underneath the bottle to catch the drips? What does anyone reacon?

I have a pig who does that. And her buddy sits under the bottles and gets wet. I in the past have put a towel, or a bowl under the bottles. After a while I just gave up and changed the towels more often

One of my piggies is always messing with it I think he likes moving the ball bearing around usually most of the water runs down his chin and sometimes he nudges it with his nose and has a sneezing fit rolleyes

what about putting a litter tray under the bottle?

I have a small dish under mine to catch any drips. It is a cat milk dish I think as the sides are quite low.
