For those of you that don't know, I'm terrible at people stuff. You're supposed to say the right things at the right times and either I manage to say something inappropriately snarky, or I say the right things and my head says "no wait that sounds contrived". So generally I don't do the people stuff very often.

I've managed to leave my phone downstairs all day. I keep remembering when I'm in the kitchen (it's on the worktop), and then forgetting and coming upstairs without it but at one point I did manage to read my notifications and one of those was a text message from one of the managers in the housing association letting me know she's moving on soon and she wanted me to tell me before I found out through another channel and she'd see me before she was going anyway.

That last message makes me think it's not me she meant to send the text to.

There's another resident with my first name and it's not the first time someone's got the two of us confused. One of my workers picked up some biodegradable bags for the brown bin for me and I paid for them, slightly confused because I didn't remember asking for them but they were useful, so why not. Well, I didn't ask for them. The other me did. So.

I'm sure there's something I'm supposed to do at this point but, uh. Do I ignore it? Do I respond? Do I respond with sentences rather than "oh ok"? The last time I forgot to respond to something one of the managers sent was over Christmas because I didn't realise she actually wanted a response and sort of...panicked her somewhat. Not the same manager, but you know. Offices.

:flag:(help, lol).
