Please Please don't use one of these. I was given one with two rescues that I took in a couple of months ago. I put it outside with them in it, and they absolutely baked! It was horrendous. The top of it became so hot, it almost burned my fingers, I covered it, but it was no use the heat inside was incredible, you could have cooked in there.
Also the bottom has strange ridges in which were a beggar to clean. There was some plywood put on the floor - not sure if it came with that or if the owner put it in.
I am having a big piggy shed and piggy garden built at the moment, and this is going to be tucked away in the garden, in the shade, with both the fronts off, as a little bolt hole for them.
Should mention also that the room divider is metal, and you could have fried eggs on that.
Only good point is, it is quite a nice house shape.
Sorry to rant, but I nearly did have two very heat stricken piggies in this.
