So I've just booked little miss marshmallow in with the vets for Saturday, she's been on and off snuffling for a few days and following her uri in February I'm anxious to get it checked out, I initially thought she was just eating a bit too fast since it's so intermittent and the vet said not to worry if no nasal discharge but she's now got on and off clear nasal discharge so I've booked her in 😬 she also has very dry ears I've noticed (and very waxy ears too but that's not uncommon for her shes on of those piggies that just has waxy ears I think 🙈) her nose is very slightly dry too! I do have some gorgeous guineas cream but don't want too use it till the vets confirmed it's just dry skin! 😬 If anyone has any thoughts on the skin stuff please share (I won't treat on spec until she's seen a vet)
Pic of ear, nose and cutie marshmallow 💗 she's eating and drinking well and her usual self other wise!

It sounds like you are taking a very sensible approach and waiting until you see the vet before doing anything.
I have no helpful suggestions, but I do know some breeds are more prone to dry ears, so hopefully that part is nothing serious.
Good luck at the vet on Saturday.
