There's been a little here, but it looks like it's falling mixed with drizzle, so unless the temperature falls soon it won't stay on the ground.

Flights from Bristol Airport have been cancelled, incoming flights have been diverted to Cardiff or Birmingham. There are power cuts in the area although we are okay, there is about 2 inches of snow on the ground! The mind boggles!

We do have a layer of snow now, but as rain is forecast later it probably won't last the day. I guess that's a good thing or it would affect getting to work etc on Monday.

The pond was frozen and the ducks were waddling on top looking for water.
Kids had great fun sledding on the Green and building a snowman

Chester () met his first snowman today. Safe to say he didn’t like it and was a bit scared. Only after I had touched it and got him to gingerly sniff it would he walk past it.

I guess that's just Cumbrian weather, hope it slackens off soon along with the accidents.

Thank you to you and all your colleagues, out there 24/7 in all weathers looking out for us drivers. I don't think I've ever needed their help, but it's always good to know there are people there ready to help if we did.

Thinking of you out in those conditions and all the people you help.
Hope damage caused by the RTCs was only to the vehicles not the people
