Is that on Amazon? Wow look around, I get snowflake 20kg bale for my buns, I can get it at 2 local places, one is 11.99 and the other is 9.99, in comparison to buying small packs in pet shops it still works out cheaper but it's expensive compared to where I go.

I also use the snowflake supreme big bags, but i pay around £10 for mine.

I pay 7.95 for a bale of snowflake supreme,6.95 for soft chip/shaving blend....called standard.softchip 6.00 a bale.

brownhills deliver for 15.00 Pounds,i usually just type in product into google search engine, then it gives you information on the sites that sell,i check product price and then delivery price.i found fitch for 12.99 delivery last week !Goodluck.

I pay £9.20 a bale from my local pet shop for snowflake softchip. It saves me having to ratch round online for it. ;)

Will ask my local pet shop next time I am in town. It is so annoying not driving sometimes.

You could try ringing a local animal feed store (just do a google search), you might find that some will deliver to you for a small cost.
My local animal feed place has tons of everything at great prices.

Good idea. Thanks.

Snowflake is about £8-something in my local supplies place, as is Bedmax. I usually use Natural Flake which is £6-something, but I sometimes use Bedmax or a mixture. (I can't personally use Snowflake as it's mostly made of spruce trees, which I'm allergic to, but all the prices of bales of substrate are displayed together!)

I very definitely recommend horse shavings over small pet ones though, of whatever brand. Both for value for money (so long as you have or can make storage space), but also because it does tend to be a higher quality product.
