Snorting/rumbling noise?

I noticed Bean, my 1.5 year old boar, making a snorting noise and breathing heavier than normal. It gets a little cold in our room sometimes so i have a space heater on for him but i'm worried the temperature may have triggered a respiratory problem. he doesnt have any eye or nose discharge.
 
It may be that he has some dust in his nose,
I would expect it to clear if so. If not then it is worth a vets visit to check him over.
How long has it been happening?
