Sneezing & runny nose

My guinea pigs have been sneezing and had a mildly runny nose for about a week now but I haven't thought much of it as I assumed it may be the dust in the air or something. I'm not sure if I should take them to the vets or if this will clear up on its own. They are eating, drinking and acting completely normal and there are no breathing difficulties or anything like that. They are just sneezing every so often and have a runny nose, although this isn't very frequent.

It would always be wise to have a vet look them over If you are concerned, only a vet listening to the chest can tell you if there is something going on or not
