So how sensitive are guinea pigs to smoke? I'm in canada near the capital and theirs forest fires going on around. While I'm in no direct threat of the fire its self but the smoke has been getting thick in the air. I try my best to keep the house closed up I got air filters but there's only so much I can do... I just wanna know what kind of health problems I can watch out for.

I'm Ontario too, Toronto area! We're getting the blowing smoke too, though I'm sure it's worse where you are! I think at this level it will be fine... I would maybe avoid putting them outside if there is an air quality advisory, but indoors I think they'll be okay for sure. Hope this helps!

yeah i feel the same but at the same time the fires are getting closer (not enough to scare me but with the wind blowing in the right direction its gets pretty thick as is.) i'm just wondering at what point I'm gonna have to worry about my proverbial canary in the coal mine.
