O

oveione

hi are boars still really smelly when they have been neutered or do they stop scent marking so much? :-\

I dont think neuering makes any difference and I certainly wouldnt do it just for that reason. Mine dont scent too much or maybe I have just got used to the smell ;D

i dont have boars but i agree with Fiona that i wouldnt get them castrated for that reason alone O0

When my boar was castrated (to go in with 3 sows) the smell did disappear but only slightly. It's not worth it if just to get rid of the smell

i was just wondering as we are getting both our boars done to go in with both sets of our sows as they do not get on

you will notice a slight reduction in smell but I think it differs boar to boar
