Hey everyone! My baby Guinea pig Olive has this little spot on her bottom I noticed today. I can’t tell if it’s a place she’s been scratching, or somewhere her sister bit her. It’s not bleeding openly, it just has some redness and hair loss. I didn’t notice it till today. Any ideas on what it is and what it came from?

That does look a little sore. I would prefer not to guess as things do need to be seen by a vet. Please book her in soon. Hope she’s okay and it’s simple.

Ditto the above. Please get her checked out by a cavy savvy vet. Looks similar to one of mine that sraped her skin raw with her teeth, due to the onset of fungal.
