Small red spot

Hey everyone !
For the last few weeks we have noticed a small red spot above our guineapigs grease gland !
It doesn’t bother him at all ( as far as we know ! )
We thought he might if nicked it , going in and out of his box , as sometimes he jumps in it ! )
Was wondering if anyone could help ? :)

Yeah needs a quick check, hopefully a nick or harmless cyst got caught. Vet can check them over and make sure all okay and if need anti biotics etc, let us know how you get on
