Small flies

Not sure this is in the right place
I have noticed that there small flies I clean the piggies littler trays daily and not sure how to get rid of these flies with out sprays flies spray I know this is really dangerous I can find the solution could it be they hay if so any suggestions where else to store it

Small fruit type flies are not dangerous to piggies. It’s only the blow flies which risk fly strike.

Ensure the cage is kept clean and that all uneaten food is removed.

I do that but there still there it's so annoying not sure it it could be the hay
 
Flies are not generally attracted to clean hay. They may be attracted to poops though
