Hi. Just back from the vets. Millie’s first time going as I found a small lump on her chest. The vet took it out there and then and glued the small incision. It was about the size of a pea and the vet said it had calcified so had probably been there a while. Millie was so brave and is now happily munching on grass.
Can anything be done to prevent future cysts or is it just luck?

Hi

You can't prevent any lumps from happening; the disposition is genetic and the chance of developing becomes greater with age.
