I absolutely love my C&C cage so much so that I now want to make them a 1 by 2 loft, but I don't have any correx left over from making the base for the actual cage and don't want to be buying another massive sheet as that means I'll end up wasting loads (or storing it in the way) and would have to wait ages until my dad gets me it (only took a month last time lol). So is there anywhere I can get a small sheet for cheap? It only needs to be big enough to go two across and one forward with a good barrrier.

Oh I forgot: or is there like an alternative I could use instead of correx?

Weird as it sounds, our c and c cage base was made out of one of those artist's folders - they are correx! That could be cheaper? It was laying around OH's office and being one of the bigger ones covered a 3 x 3 cage! Worth looking into? xx

Thank you :)) that's a great idea I'll have to see if we have any :).

and if you wanted to put a barrier up round the sides, we got some sticks on a roll fitted together, from a garden centre( meant i think for edging flower beds) you can see what i mean by looking at our cage on the thread" c& c cages" hth

You could inquire at a local signmaker's if they have odd and ends of correx; that's how I got my different pieces of correx.
