Small bump under Chin

Hello! I just adopted two Guinea Pig boys last week. Their origin story does come from Petco. While petting one of the piggies today, I felt a bump on the chin/cheek area with a crust/scabbed over top. It looks a bit like a pimple that has been popped and is scabbing. Is this something of concern? What is this bump?
Please help!

Any lump needs a hands on vet check. Do have your piggy seen by a vet for diagnosis
