Small bump on eye

Hey everyone!
Today I noticed my guinea pig Neji had a small bump in the inner corner of his eye. If someone could please tell me if you have seen this and know what it is I would really appreciate it. I have attached a photo below.

I would ask for the vet to check this out. It could be “pea eye” but with its location it could also be a cyst affecting the tear duct or the start of conjunctivitis or other infection. None of us would be able to say for sure so a vet trip is definitely indicated.

Please have it vet checked. It needs a hands-on examination to determine what exactly it is. It looks like like some kind of growth or cyst pushing the conjuctiva out.
