Sleepy

Any sudden change in behaviour does warrant a vet check being carried out

Is his/her weight stable? You can’t judge hay intake by eye so routine weekly weighing and then switching to daily weighing when you have concerns is the only way to be sure they are eating enough

Is it warm enough in the room? A cold piggy will want to snuggle up more

Is piggy elderly?

Are you weighing her to be sure she is getting enough hay?

Any change in behaviour then having a vet check done would be a good idea. She may be absolutely fine and just wanting to snuggle up, but we obviously cannot see your piggy nor diagnose any potential issue.

You can start weighing her now if you've not done it before... kitchen scales are fine. Do it the same time each day and there might be some variation but you are looking for drops over about 30g in a day (if she puts it back on again that's fine though) or a more gradual loss over longer so eg if she loses maybe 50g over a week and is not putting it back on. If you see weight loss you will need to see a vet... piggies are eating machines so they don't suddenly decide to lose a bit of weight before Christmas!

My 3 are aged 3 1/2, 4 and 5 and live indoors. Now the heating is on they do spend a lot of time lying around. George is the oldest so I keep an eye on him... he's looking good so far but he's definitely an elderly boy with some old age problems like arthritis. Good luck with your piggies x
