Skinny pig has weird noise while breathing after falling

So I was outside with my Skinny pig and I was about to set her on the ground when she jumped out of my hands onto the concrete. She was only about 2/3 inches off the ground when she fell. She got a small cut on her lip that was heavily bleeding but has now stopped. At first she was breathing fine but now she has as Sorta weird noise while breathing. The noise is going away, however I was wondering if it could possibly be from maybe some blood getting into her lungs? She is eating fine, drinking plenty of water, popcorning, and being her normal (grumpy) self and doesn't seem to be in any pain.

There is no way to tell you what the cause is for the noisy breathing. It isn’t a great height but they are small and concrete is hard. I would keep a close eye on her and consider getting her checked over by the vet, just to be sure.

Please have your guinea pig vet checked. It could be caused by an internal injury from landing on a hard, unforgiving surface.
We cannot tell you what is going on without a hands-on examination and in view of none of us being a vet.
