Skin tag? Should I be worried?

Was brushing my long haired piggie today and found this? I think it's a skin tag but I ain't sure. Any ideas on what it is and what should I do?

If that was my piggy, I would take piggy to my exotics vet and they would likely remove it. It looks more than a scar from an injury from looking at the photo.
