Skin problem （hair loss on the neck）

Does anyone know what's this skin problem? Currently, my guinea pigs are taking Itrafungal, Metacam, Sulfatrim and Canesten on the fungal infection area as the vet prescribed. Two days ago, I found there was a tangle of sticky hair under Cisco's neck and today, the hair has all gone. The area of the neck is totally bald now. It doesn't look like ringworm. For his back of neck, there is also a small tangle of sticky hair( the root is sticky so I can easily remove the hair and it's bald now.) Have you guys ever seen a skin problem like this?
