Stripe is recovering from his inner ear infection but the vet noted some inflamed skin to the right of his grease gland. She applied some ointment but said if I use ointment too much it could make it worse.

I had previously used baby wipes, but is there a better way to keep it clean?

When should I next apply coconut oil?

He had a bath at the vet.

Hi

Over-cleaning the grease gland can overstimulate grease production and start an escalation so please leave the grease gland cleaning be as much possible to allow the surrounding skin to recover.
