According to the internet... silverbeet is the same thing as chard, so if this is true then yes, it should be some tasty piggy leaves!

Silverbeet (Australia) and chard (UK and USA) are the same, and make indeed a very good addition your piggy diet.
Silverbeet, Spinach and Chard, is there a difference?
