Shredded paper

Morning! Our office is having a mass clear out including a lot of paper. As I shred and shred I'm wondering whether it would make good bedding for (outdoor) piggies?

I would have thought it would get too wet very quickly...?

Hmmm yes. I was thinking of mixing in with the sawdust/ hay combination

if it was mixed with shavings etc, then you might get a bit longer out of it before it needed changing than If it was paper alone but possibly not long. it would a good way of recycling though! My other thought is are the inks on the paper toxic?
