Hello All!
I hope your day is treating you well and your piggies.

I am hoping to get some idea's on C&C cages.
I am not sure if I am overcrowding my boy's cage or if I can add some more, I feel Sonic would love a tunnel but not sure if it would take up to much space.
And well I love anything Guinea Pig Related and would love to see how others utilise their piggies homes

This is my 2x5 C&C for my two boys Jeffery and Sonic.

No need to delete it @SarahWonderland - people may still respond to your post but @Swissgreys is right - there are threads with pics already available and it may help to look at those for inspiration.

Your guys have a great amount of space there. Have you made the "tent" in the bottom right hand corner?

Hey, Sorry just didn't realise there was already a thread made.
But yes my partner made the tent in the corner using a spare grid and fleece, it has like a fly screen effect so slits all around.

Great idea - wondered how it was held up. Good use of a spare grid. May give it a go myself.

Your tent is great - if the girds I ordered ever arrive I might make one too!

And as for the tunnel I think it is a great idea - my lot all love their tunnels.
To maximize the space though I tend to put them up against one of the long walls of the cage if that makes sense?
That way they can still do mad laps of their cage - they just run through the tunnel as part of it.

Here is a picture of our cage. There is a hay tray in the loft, under the blanket. We change round the layout from time to time, for example at the moment they have a carrot cottage. We also have a tunnel we put in sometimes. I try to keep a balance of space to run about and things to stop them being bored.
