I have 2 guinea pigs names Oreo, and S'Mores and since they are 6 months old I can visibly see them growing, but would it still be a good thing to weight them?

You still need to weight them weekly, always. You can also do a general health check then as well. At 6 months they're also still growing and yet to reach their 'adult' weight.

They need to be weighed every week for their entire lives. You don’t know they are eating enough hay if you don’t weigh them every week as you cannot judge hay intake by eye.
You switch to weighing them every day during periods of illness or if you are concerned about them at all.

As they are prey animals they'll hide when something's wrong until it's too late. One of the first indicators that something's not right is the fluctuations in weight (either going up or down fast for no obvious reason). So yes continue to weigh any rodent weekly. :)

Weekly weighing is part of the routine care given to piggies to help identify any problems brewing.

As everybody has said, weighing is important no matter the age, small shifts in weight up or down are generally okay but any continual decline should be taken as indication to something like illness arising.
