My sweet Zelda passed away Monday night leaving behind her cage mate Snickers. She is at least 6 years old. I only have 3 pairs of females to bond her with. I tried back when Zelda was alive to bond them with other pairs with no luck because Snickers is very dominant. She ended up attacking one of the females in each scenario. Should I bother trying or just move her cage closer to another cage for interaction?

So sorry that Zelda wandered over the Rainbow Bridge. I am no expert in piggy behaviour so I can't comment on whether to try bonding them again but for the moment Snickers would probably appreciate some interaction with other piggies so try moving her cage closer to another so that at least she has some company.

Once sows have made up their mind that they don't suit, you have had it. Please move Zelda on if you have got further options, if only for more congenial company through the bars. With rescues closed due lock down (and struggling to keep going because of it), it is more of a matter to provide ongoing stimulation until such time you can hopefully take her dating again; unless she becomes noticeably depressed.
