Should I separate Rusty and Lillith?

Rusty is always picking on Lillith, if they're eating Rusty will nip at Lillith and Lillilth has to back down and wait to eat. I'll have the two girls on my lap and Rusty will just randomly nip Lillith. I know the rule is wait till theres blood drawn but I dont know. Do you think that its okay or is this bad?

It looks much worse than it is, I spread the food around for mine now (the veggies) & give them 3 bowls to have their dried food in as I have 3 & it makes for much happier piggies
