On Saturday I removed the grids seperating Dillon from Indy and Badger. They have been living side by side for about a month and have had play time and shared yummy food. So saturday went fine just a little purring and humpingrolleyes, the two young boys thought they were in heaven as Dillons half backs onto the girls so plenty of flirting through the bars.x) Yesterday went fine two but today at breakfast Dillon did a little teeth chattering at the boys. I think one of the girls is in season so this could be the reason but do you think I should be worried?

Just be sure to keep an eye on them, teeth chattering alone would not necessarily worry me and the pecking order is harder to establish when there are more than 2 until one has crowned themselves King i expect you will see lots of this, humping and also the rather cute who holds their nose highest in the air competitions.

aw the nose thing is cute, i love it when they do this!

Teeth Chattering

I have heard that occasional teeth chattering is not a bad thing. They may be trying to sort out who is going to be the dominant guinea pig. If the chattering becomes prolonged to to separate them as this may mean they are unhappy. Keep a very close eye on them and their actions.
