Read somewere that Guineas like a bit of their own space, and should be provided with their own bedding area.
Can't quite see how this may work in the wild, but as a newbie to this I wonder why no hutch I've seen has any more than the standard single compartment, is it a cleaning or structural thing?, and would they actually prefer their own space? Or would our two young fellas just snuggle up so to speak in the cold?
