is it ok to keep our three guinea pigs in our shed because it is cold in winter they are living inside until warmer months. Is there anything bad about keeping them in a shed?

Well If you can keep them inside it is best! We only keep our piggies outside because we rent and our landlord is scared of rodents.:(
I have a scratch and newton hutch cover, snuggle safe heat pad, insulation ...
Bads things include bedding like aubiose and fitch gets everywhere and is hard to keep tidy! Only keep them outside if at night it is 15 degrees celcius minimum. Please, Please, Please try to keep piggies inside! I recommend the pets@home bluebell 2 storey hutch for 3 piggies, I keep my 2 piggies in the bottom as hutch is 3rd hand and some very enthusiastic bunnies have chewed the ladder and the 2nd floor is quite flimsy.

Hope this helps!:)

Thankyou Weve insulated the "piggy shed" and will be keeping them in their hutches there until summer when we will put them outside to eat the grass ! :)

Sounds like a good plan. I think the best thing to do for then is bring them inside for winter, but if you cant then a shed or garage is the next best thing, providing it's well insulated and they have plenty of hay and cosies!
