Just wanted to make sure this was normal. Am terrified I have a sow and not a boar in amongst my lot now!

I had 6 pups, two separate litters, 3 of whom are gone from the 'herd' now(we have paired one off with a single boar we had, two have gone to a new home). They are 6 and 5 weeks old, and two of the boars seem to be chattering and doing that little mating dance that they do around the other one. I sat and watched them for ages last night doing it, and double checked and I'm sure they all have little willies that pop out. Is it just hormones making them do this? Am very scared I'm going to have MORE babies now. :{

The mounting behaviour is normal dominance behaviour, my two boys did it for a while when i first got them, if your unsure you can post pictures and people can help you sex them if you'd like :)

Little boys being very rude is perfectly normal. If you are at all unsure of the sexes please post pics of their bits and we will do our best to help, though if you can pop a willy out then there's not much doubt.

This link may help in the coming months with their behaviour and dominance issues.

Thanks for reassuring me!

I did post pics of the first litter, one of whom is the one being mounted, and you guys all said boy too. I didn't post pics of the second litter, the other two, because they looked like obvious boys to me.

I'm sure that it's just hormonal rude boy behaviour then!
