My OH bought me a Janome for xmas and I am getting better everyday at making things....


So bought some fleece and the next items are...

Owl fleece blanket for @helen105281

And

Paws fleece blanket for @sport_billy



It's a small delayed token of my appreciation for all your support since I joined.


Once made I will PM you and send them on to you.


Planning on making some fleece liners for Debbie (Excellent Adventure) soon too.


Also got into Needle felting so made a weiner dog for OH mom and halfway through a Chinchilla for the hubby!


@piggyfan will get a felted guinea pig for also being such a wonderful friend!

Some people one just feels comfy with. I find it hard sometimes to meet people but when you find you click with someone I like to keep a bond with them. Doesn't happen very often in my world ;)

Most people think I am either ignorant or rude. Truth is I'm very shy which you wouldn't think I am because of the career choice.

I guess I am a bit quirky and not into what most people do on a social level so I tend to be excluded alot...but..I have people who understand me and those are the one's I surround myself with. When I'm not shutting myself in and enjoying alone time lol.

I got callled " boring " the other day because I didn't want to attend our works NY do.

Urghh a ton of drunk people and disco music...I stayed in and knitted and played PS4 hahaha. :)

That is quite ignorant to call you boring. You cannot help being shy. I am shy too and have a social phobia. Socialising petrifies me. I would not have attended the work do either.

Maybe we are attracted to piggies as they are shy and we can relate to them.

It's funny because when working or with people I know I'm not like that...but if I'm not sure or don't know someone I just clam up and prefer to be by myself. When I'm at work people tell me I am confident and head strong hahah.

I get the same from people don't really know how to explain it...

You aren't boring for not wanting to attend a work party, you have your own interests and that is the most important thing. Socialising constantly isn't the be all and end all of life like some people seem to believe :) I swear by MBTI as a way of understanding myself and it may help you http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/jtypes2.asp

Just had a quick read and did the test too! :)

I had to do a more formal one for my employability award, joyous! Ha.

Also wanted to say, I'm the same, so I don't think your boring. I'm in my second year of uni, I've never been out at all. I stay in. Also, before uni, I've never gone out partying or clubbing haha, and I'm 21! So, everyone's different and people should except and respect people's choices!

That the same machine that ive got. Its a good little machine. The machine ive got at work has all the bells and whistles. But I like my little home one its so light and small
